    I tried E-pay Kenya and they couldn't process my payment. So did Chase bank. Payoneer is a better alternative. You can learn about Payoneer here

    There must a good reason why your payment could not be processed. Did you have the correct documentation? Was your info accurate? Was your epay account verified? what were your reasons?
